​With over 2 Decades of experience specializing as a Mentor for athletes, I have honed my skills to become an expert at helping individuals not only develop their skills on the court but also enhance their mindset to overcome stress and increase productivity in all areas of their lives. My passion lies in guiding athletes to reach their full potential, both physically and mentally.

Throughout my illustrious career, I have achieved remarkable accomplishments that speak to my dedication and expertise. As a 10-time champion, I have experienced the thrill of victory and understand the hard work and commitment it takes to succeed. Being recognized as Coach of the Year three times is a testament to my ability to inspire and motivate athletes to perform at their best.
Additionally, my involvement in Minor League Football for over a decade has provided me with valuable insights into the world of sports and the unique challenges athletes face. As a mentor at heart, I am committed to guiding athletes through their athletic journeys and serving as a trusted mentor who can provide support, guidance, and valuable insights. Whether you are just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level, I am here to help you achieve your goals and unlock your true potential.
Together, we will work on developing your technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical fitness. But beyond that, I will also be there to help you enhance your emotional intelligence, teaching you how to manage stress, stay focused under pressure, and build resilience.

All consultation and coaching sessions are central Standard Time. All coaching/consulting services provided is not therapy, counseling nor legal advice but a mentoring structure that will coach you to navigate through your problems and will allow for a deeper reflection to develop healthy habits for your life. ​Coaching/consulting sessions will be held Via Microsoft Teams. Pre-session documents must be submitted 24 hours prior to session in PDF format for Coach Mike the II to review and be able to provide the best strategy. By scheduling you are confirming that you acknowledge and agree to this. All services are a fundraiser for UCYBL Ministry a 501c3 non-profit charity. All proceeds go directly to UCYBL Ministry to help administration, research and development as well as the different programs that will all in the continuation of the mission.
