Our Method of Mentoring
Mentoring youth is a powerful opportunity that enables you to play a vital role in shaping and guiding the younger generation towards becoming future leaders.
Through the implementation of effective modeling and mentoring techniques, you have the ability to ignite a transformative journey that not only empowers them but also creates a lasting impact on their lives.
By setting a positive example through your own actions and experiences, you have the chance to inspire and motivate them to reach their full potential.
This influential process begins with modeling, where you showcase the qualities of a strong leader, and continues with mentoring, where you provide guidance and support to help them navigate their personal and professional development.
By investing your time and expertise in mentoring youth, you contribute to the growth of a generation that will make a significant impact on society.
First Process
In this step, our main focus is to provide a visual demonstration and lead by example, allowing the youth to truly understand and grasp the visual aspect of any task.
Once they have a clear understanding, we then proceed by giving them the opportunity to actively participate and assist with the task.
Second Process
In the second phase of our Method of Mentoring, we empower young individuals to tackle the task independently, with only minimal assistance from their Mentor.
As they successfully complete the task with minimal guidance, the Mentor closely observes and confirms the accomplishment, aligning with the Mentor's initial demonstration.
Third Process
In the final phase of our Mentoring Model, the Mentor and youth forge a strong partnership, harnessing their combined strengths and expertise to effectively allocate tasks and assign responsibilities.
By working hand in hand, they create a harmonious synergy, functioning as a unified force to accomplish their common objectives.

Emotional Need
Some of the youth need a refuge where they can find help and counsel when there are problems at home and at school or during games. It is important for the coach/trainer/mentor to maintain and keep not only their confidence but also the confidentiality of their problems.
Psycho - Socio Need
Some if not most of the youth have not developed their true individuality and due to insecurities and being timid, they are more subject to follow their peers who instead of helping them develop healthy life habits their peers will lead them down a path of destruction.
It is important to have a coach/trainer/mentor to set a standard for the youth to have as an example.
Relationship Need
It is important that coach/trainer/mentor is a good listener no matter what information is given. This will give the youth the well needed assurance that they can share anything with the coach/trainer/mentor without fear of being betrayed.
